We are able to make prototypes or molds needed for mass producing your OEM parts according to the technical drawing you provide. We also offer reverse engineering services where we measure your pump parts samples, create a technical drawing, and make prototypes or molds in order to produce OEM parts. During the mass production of your samples, our technicians would set out the complete tolerance bands for each dimension of the parts based on where they are going to be fitted. This is to ensure optimal interchangeability of our parts with your original samples. We produce a wide range of OEM wet-end parts that are 100% interchangeable with many popular slurry pump models in the world.
Wear-resistant high-chrome cast iron: that contains 15%, 27%, 29%, 30%, or 35% of chrome

1. Production Capacity
Within MUYUAN's casing workshop, there is an induction furnace that is capable of melting up to 18T of cast iron. The maximum diameter of pump parts that our heat treating furnace can handle is 5 meters. A broad range of equipment models not only gives us the capacity to mass produce your desired parts but also provides a high level of flexibility to manufacture different weights and sizes of high-chrome white cast iron parts. Our philosophy is to provide the best OEM parts, services, and delivery, while working with clients to minimize costs.
2. Inspection Capability
OBLF Spectrometer: Used for testing and analyzing each batch of molten iron to ensure it gets the right proportion.
Thermometer: Ensures the right casting temperature
Metallurgical Microscope: Analyzes the micro structure of the casting to ensure its crystalline structure is accurate.
Ultrasonic Flaw Detector: Checks against any hidden flaw within the casing OEM parts.
Leeb Hardness Tester: Measures the hardness of castings under all conditions
Other physical properties of the pump parts are also checked, such as yield strength, elongation, tensile strength, and impact resistance
3. ISO Quality Management System
We have built long-term relationships with world-leading casting service providers. We also utilize the advanced exothermic riser, molten metal filter, nucleation agent, nodulizing agent, and slag removal agent to ensure the best casting surface and internal quality possible.
Customers' technical drawings and other information related to their OEM parts are kept strictly confidential. There are also stringent procedures as well as complete measures and records in effect that ensure information safety.
